Office Policies

Appointment Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the office 24 hours in advance or sooner.  If you do not provide such notification, a cancellation fee of $25 for office visits or $50 for testing will apply.

Prescription Refill Policy

Please have the pharmacy contact our office for prescriptions and refills. We have 24 to 48 hours to refill medications.
