Antoinette Perez, FNP-C
Antoinette Perez is a certified family nurse practitioner. She is a compassionate provider who is committed to providing high quality and individualized care. She treats patients in cardiology along with our cardiologists. She also offers services in family practice that includes preventative care.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Antoinette has an extensive history providing care in the Intermediate Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit, and in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She also served as a travel nurse during the COVID pandemic. Her experience has provided her with a strong foundation and a knowledge of therapeutic healing by treating the whole patient. Antoinette's goal for her practice is to build strong relationships with her patients to help them reach their individual goals.
